Everyone who loves God wants to serve Him! Unfortunately, many don't know the following; (1) to which ministry has God called them, (2) what spiritual gifts has He given them to do this ministry, and (3) what is their unique style of ministry. Your Church Growth Department exists to train pastors to help each member answer those three questions.

In addition to training pastors to train their members for lay ministry, this department helps churches become healthier by using "Natural Church Development." Natural Church. Development begins with a survey to assess the health of your church. In the follow-up, your church will be taught how to answer the following questions: (1) What does God want our church to do this year? (2) Who does God want to provide leadership to do this? (3) How does God want us to do this? (4) How will our church be accountable regarding growth?.
